I recently had to do an enquiry about my products which never arrived at my new address. Initially I was very upset as I did inform Isabella Garcia about my new address, however somewhere something went wrong. Ilke Carmel took ownership of the case and went the extra mile to ensure that I receive my products. You now have a client for life. Thanks for trying your best and for sorting it out.
