Don't agree to anything from Isabella Garcia

One star is to many. My mom has bought products for years and years she requested a cancellation. The sales lady went on and on and on and and got my mom to agree to something she can't even afford after my mom told her she does not understand. So on the 1st Dec and 30th Dec Isabella Garcia decided to debit R1500 form my mom's account that only receive R3500 pension how is this allowed with the credit act

After so many emails and up and down nobody want to help to refund my mom and the funny thing is she has not even receive the R3000 products that they deducted from her this is absolutely shocking
