DISRESPECTFUL AGENTS!!

Horrible service! I called about Mid last year to cancel my policy with Isabella Gracia, however my cancellation was not initiated today. i received and package and i called the call center to find out why i am receiving packages which i clearly don't want to be debited for. Spoke to 2( one ladies name was Mapule mogashoa) agents and their attitude level were on 100. I am extremely frustrated with the service i received, at the end of the day i know i call in to cancel the policy which was not done and i'm getting attitude for it.
