Disgusted non- client.

I am disgusted by companies such as Isabella Garcia, going out of your way to rob people of their hard earned money.

I received a call from one of the consultants informing me that I have been selected to be part of a platinum club and qualify to receive gifts from the company. I then gave my details believing that I will be receiving gifts only to be told that I will have to pay R241 monthly to which I responded that my account should not be debited and the products should not be sent to me, I will however call them should I find something I want.

Fast forward a few weeks later I kept receiving debit order mandates in my account of which I did not accept as I was not interested in the product and have specified this.

I then called the company and inquired why I keep receiving mandates on my account and the lady explained the package of which I responded I am at this time uninterested therefore do not debit I will contact you should I want products that I want. To cut the matters short they managed to get access to debit my account without my approval and did not even respect my wishes to not be debited.

I am disgusted, I still maintain that I do not want this products and will be changing banks since Capitec seems easily manipulated.
