Good day Patricia, Thank you for bringing your complaint to our attention, we appreciate your feedback.  Before first use of the Lemieux Eye Creme, the airless system must be primed by holding the dispenser upright and pressing the pump repeatedly with slow intervals. This activation process will remove air from the dispenser and prepare the product for use. Priming may need to be repeated especially after travelling. PLEASE NOTE: In some cases, the priming process may require as many as 10 to 50 cycles. Please note that we have sent you an email regarding your query.
