Disappointed with Products and Your Customer Service
Since I started using your skin products, I have hair growing all over my face and my complexion has gotten darker. I wrote an email requesting your assistance and I have never heard anything from your team. I am now stuck with products that I don't use and am faced with a hairy face. Now I must look for a Dermatologist for consultation and have Demaplaning done to remove the hair. I am so disappointed.
