Disappointed!

Im a bit disappointed with Isabella Garcia this time around , ive dealt with them well before and decided to try them again. 1st incident was being sent pricing for products but getting a different price when i received a debi-check mandate. I did a follow up on this and was informed that their prices have changed and they had forgotten to update their prices, i didnt make an issue of this because i love their products so i let is go. My products finally arrived this morning only to find the products are covered in dust! For such a classy brand i expect only excellence and world class in every respect. It looks like the products might have been kept in a dusty store room from which they were just thrown into the delivery box without any care, which makes me wonder how long that stock has been in there and how this will affect its effectiveness . Super disappointed and my excitement has definitely died down. 👎
