Desperation to make sales and not thinking for their clients

I had a call from a consultant and had an agreement which later i had to cancel due to affordability and was cancel before i even got the package, they debited and when i asked for a refund the lady forcefully and rudely say i will get a voucher without even listening to my request and hung up without even time frame, i felt forced to actually buy what they were selling i found it not emphasized enough as i had told her my important reasons to cancel, an sms i received said tshepiso will call me regarding that but i was called by rude gugu who just want to gain Gugu Tshweu so she says, i am not happy at all, i dont have any credit with the company and i have a right to say no to their products
