Delivery without ordering

They just sent my a parcel that I did not order. I contact them the answer is that it is automatic. The amount is R3472. 56 or R289.38 monthly that will be debited against my account FOR WICH I DID NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION FOR. Please be very careful you can not get rid of them. Elize N.
