Delivery Service Gone Bad

I have been using Isabella Garcia for years now and the service has been excellent until this year.

The products are supposed to last for 8 months, but for the second time now I am waiting for more than a month to get them. They are long finished. I was told they are due in October 2021 when I made an inquiry in September, it is now 21 October, and still nothing.

The consultant, Katlego Shokoana Mathabatha is doing nothing to help me out. It does not make sense that I am waiting for more than a month (2 deliveries in a row) to get skincare products, ridiculous!
