Delivery of products not ordered

I received a parcel yesterday with facial products which I did not order and when I opened the box I found an invoice inside with a total amount of R 2 505 (which I never agreed) with a monthly instalment starting from 01 April 2019. I remember getting a phone call on the 28 February 2019 from one of the consultants and I specifically told the consultant that I would not be able to afford these products therefore I am not interest but clearly that was ignored and she processed the delivery. I will NOT be paying for these products therefore the same way they were delivered to my place, they must be collected as I will not be ******* into something I did not give my consent to! I have Not given my consent for my account to be debited and this had better not go through. After this whole mess, my details must be deleted from your database as I want nothing to do with this brand / company!!
