Delivery NOT accepted!

In september I was contacted by a sales lady about my first box which I then told her was not yet finished and I wouldn't be buying the next box yet. The next thing, I get home one day to find a box my domestic had signed for. I stuggled getting hold of your call centre.. Between my working hours and your multiple public holidays, I sent comments on your website asking to be phoned in connection with the box, yet NO response! Another sales lady phoned trying to sell make up where I told her about what had happened and asked what would be done. She said they need to refund me and collect the box (very polite) and she said to try get hold of the call centre again. Which I did and yet no answer! I finally get hold of someone today where I am told you have a 60 day return policy and it's been longer.. I would understand that if I was using the product and wasn't satisfied BUT the box is still sealed and I don't want it!! I didn't buy it yet I am being charged for it! Please come take this box and refund me what has been deducted!
