Debicheck order
A made a debicheck in March and they only debited the money in July and I’m not longer interested in it anymore and would like my money back and for them to cancel their debit order, I haven’t received even one package from them so this should not be a problem.

25 Jul 2025, 11:15Dear Duduzile,
Thank you sincerely for reaching out and for bringing your concerns to our attention. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it enables us to grow and ensure we continue delivering the level of service our clients rightfully expect and deserve.
I trust the information below will offer greater clarity regarding the matter at hand.
As a company committed to conducting business with the utmost integrity and transparency, I personally reviewed your sales agreement and payment history to gain a comprehensive understanding of the situation.
Following our review, we would like to share the following key findings:
During the sales call, the relevant details of the offer were clearly communicated. Verbal authorisation was obtained to debit your account, and as an additional security measure, a DebiCheck mandate was sent and subsequently approved in March.
Unfortunately, multiple debit attempts were unsuccessful following that confirmation. As a result, and in line with our policy, the order could not be processed or dispatched without a successful initial payment.
As stipulated in the sales agreement, delivery of our products takes place within 10–14 working days from the date of the first successful debit, which serves as a deposit to secure the order.
Based on the above, it would not be accurate to conclude that a deduction occurred without product delivery due to an error on our side. The delay in dispatch was directly linked to the delay in receiving a successful payment.
I have also sent you a separate email containing all relevant details to ensure that the matter is resolved to your satisfaction.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for any confusion or frustration this situation may have caused.
We remain fully committed to supporting you, and it is important to us that you feel heard, valued, and well taken care of throughout your experience with us.
Wishing you a pleasant and peaceful day ahead.
Warm regards,
Andri Olivier

25 Jul 2025, 14:34Dear Duduzile,
Thank you for your message.
I would like to kindly reiterate that Isabella Garcia products are delivered within 10–14 working days following the first successful deduction from a client’s account. This timeframe ensures we have all the necessary details and serves as a deposit safeguard for the outstanding amounts. We have not dispatched your products due to the unsuccessful payments.
Please note that the last payment is still tracking with the bank. Once it has been successfully processed, we will proceed with the necessary arrangements as detailed in the email sent to you.
We trust this clarifies the situation and appreciate your cooperation moving forward.
