****************. Sold samples for over R480

They sold me samples for over R480. I complanied when I received my order and they were not straight forward advising me and I assumed they were free of charge. Asked for refund because it is their fault and I was asked "what was I thinking when they asked for my banking details" and told me I need to return them as they need to evaluate how much of the products I used before they can refund me, still shocked. Should they have told me I had to pay for samples I was going to return them sameday, they told me "it's a preview set I receive before buying the normal size products"
