Day Light ******* In 'Foreign' Language
The consultants just assume that you are Afrikaans in their SPAM calls!!
My Fiance received yet ANOTHER call from one of the consultants trying to push products down her throat. After rambling on in Afrikaans with no care, my Fiance very confused, since she is English, just said yes. She did not authenticate herself in any way, never received any documents of confirmation, nor did she provide them ever with her banking details but still a Debit Order went off on her account, so where did they ***** her information from is another question???
To make matters worse, the amount that was promised to her on the phone was +- R27 pm, but the amount went off as +- R395. I have never seen such ********* and unprofessional service in my life. This feels like day light *******!!!
Something needs to be done about this to prevent them from just taking money from your account after speaking in a Language that is not understood by the customer.
'Isabella Garcia' will never leave my mouth with bad words attached!! Would Rate Them -5 stars if it could go that low....

As discussed this morning, we have contacted Bia-Nique after requesting the relevant call from our sales department.
Based on the investigation, the sale was a telephonic contract and thus no signing of documents is required. The confusion could have stemmed from the intro of the call, when Bia-Nique answered in Afrikaans and the consultant assumed that she is Afrikaans speaking.
We apologise if this may have caused any misunderstandings with regards to the sale and we have forwarded her details her to the relevant department for further assistance as per our telecom with Bia-Nique this afternoon.
