Customer Service 101 great
Today I spoke to Anelisa Ngewu... I wanted to cancel my account with Isabella. However she was so great in informing and guiding me on how we can make it better to continue with the products and considered my fanancial constraint. I still told her that I won't afford the products anymore and at the end of the day. She managed to create a reasonable package that will be beneficial to me and my budget.
Her patience with me was outstanding. I just want to compliment her and say Isabella García has a great an employee. Her sense of respect when she was addressing me, made me to accept the offer.
I am very pleased on the manner she dealt with my challenge. Outstanding customer service.
Anelisa can sell ice to Eskimos I tell you. Thank you dear.
