I would just like to compliment Charlotte Ndlovu, the Specialised Client Liaison at Isabella Garcia for her outstanding Customer Service and for going the extra mile for me in getting me two of my products. Charlotte not only got the two products for me but send me the easiest directions to get to the Offices to collect them myself. With Service declining across the board, and shopping has become unpleasant due to poor service, I am so impressed with Charlotte. She certainly has give m me hope and I believe she is an absolute asset to Isabella Garcia. Look after her, you have a gem!
