Complaint about statements

Hello Peter, I have a problem with Isabella Gracia, I bought items to the value of R3*** Oct been paying R300 every month for my acc, my account was due to finish in June but I let July debit order go through coz I forgot the exact amount of the initial debt but I knew it didn't exceed R3100, August and Sept 2020 I got another debit order which I reversed and no 1 called me from the company, when I decided to call me they told me I oxe them a thousand more, I then requested they send me my initial statement via my email and they never did until today
