Clear and friendly communication
I spoke to Bianca, and she was very patient, friendly and thorough. All I wanted to know was if my package was by some chance lost, but in actual fact it was still on the way. Thankfully no issues. She was completely helpful and clear, and spoke very well. The most clear telephone communication I've had in a long time. Thank you Bianca!! You really did put a smile on my face.
