Charged again after cancelling

<p>I cancelled a package I had with Isabella Garcia as my financial situation had changed after receiving the products. I spoke with a consultant and the products were returned yet I was told I was allowed to keep one face wash and one toner for the R300 I had already paid to them and now I got a debit order go off my account after I cancelled everything. what gives??</p>
