Can't CANCEL telemarketing sales

received items opened the box and immediately sent a mail saying I did not want item's. Cancelled my debit order in March 21. So I haven't paid anything have sent about 20 emails asking for details on how to return products but no help just emails saying they are going to call me. I keep getting spam and ***** marked phone calls that I don't answer. Now they are threatening legal action. I have now cancelled my platinum life policy as I want nothing to do with Isabella Garcia just want to return their products. I did not call to get products they called me so when I saw what it was I realized it was not worth the money so cancelled it within 2 days of receiving it
