Cancellations are handled terribly!
I asked to cancel my account and I have had endless trouble doing it! It is unacceptable that my request is not processed. Regulations put in place for consumers that in instances where these requests are done, it is the service providers obligation to follow instructions. When I asked not to be provided with alternative plan the advisor diverts and then proceeds to try sell.
I am not a happy client.
