Cancellation not processed

I received a call from a lady called Trudy earlier today. I am utterly disgusted at the way she carried herself in the call. She couldn’t even hold for me to confirm if the parcel was delivered so she can arrange for it to be picked up.

She was in a hurry and didn’t resolve my query. You are all for woman power and right now you are dis-empowering me.

I asked you guys not to debit my account on the 27th I have given you ample time to make the arrangement.

Please fix this and collect your parcel.

Can you please listen to the call where Trudy called me back, she said she didn't understand why I posted, she said I was confusing her. I felt patronized, please listen to the conversation I had with her and give me feedback. Tell me if you were a potential client how you would have felt????
