CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS IGNORED

I would give no stars anyway my husband received a call was offered an ambassador box,he had accepted this box and was debited for over a year.When he queried the debit order,he told the agents in writing and in a telephone conversation that he does not want the products.He was ignored a 2nd box arrived and then started debiting.He did not pay as he said before delivery that he does not want this stuff and now his told he is liable for it,has a collection agent sent after him and told it was his job to courier the stuff back.HE SAID BEFORE HAND HE WANTS THIS CANCELLED AND NOTHING SENT.NOT PAYING FOR STUFF THAT WAS NOT REQUESTED
