Can someone contact me pls

This is not a review but merely a cry for help. I have been a client of IG for just over a year.

I have received a hamper of 4K worth of products which i spent a year paying off in monthly installments.

I received a phone call a month ago where a sales consultant offered me a bunch of products and all (lovely friendly guy) but I never agreed to anything yet I got another delivery this week and another bill for 3k which is yet another year of installments.

I am aware that you can return the products but I feel like I’m wasting my time even sending the email a message cause I feel I won’t make the “return date” in time for them to collect and then I’ll spend another year paying it off.

I’d like someone from IG to be in contact and help me return the package and also end my membership.

Love their products but I am planning on emigrating so need to cancel all “debit orders” while still in SA.
