Burning face by Isabella products

My order was fast and delivered well in time but the problem is one they packed products won’t last me for a whole year that they will be deducting and another thing my face becomes so itchy immediately after applying their products, i got oily skin and their products makes my skin to be too dry I really don’t like it, people have started to see the changes on my face as it is becoming lighter and that scared me a lot, am scared tomorrow I will wake up having burned marks on my cheeks especially because that’s where I feel the heat when I apply the products.

I tried to explain all my concerns to one employee in the Isabella company and since she promised me that a skin consultant will contact me is being a month now without a call so today I decided to stop using the product as am scared for my skin.

It really pains me as every month they will be deducting money on products that am not using.
