Brilliant customer service
Absolutely brilliant customer service. i explained that I needed my package before I go on maternity leave, and Lelanie made it happen. Every single person you deal with there is efficient, however, in this instance Lelanie was my go-to.
I have a slight problem with 5-7 days delivery, which is ridiculous. Still one of my favorite brands, and the wait is worth it.
