I had a problem which was attended by Bianca. What a wonderful lady! She got to the point immediately, and promised my that she would get back to me. What a surprise I got when my very first call I got today was Bianca with great news. She not only put a smile on my face, but also left me very positive for dealing with her company in future.... Well done Bianca, you do your company very proud!!!
