Before I can talk about their amazing allergy friendly products, I didn't receive communication about my order and how it will be delivered. Well, except for the day I paid and got the 4 - 6 working days email and no communication whatsoever after that.. As soon as I placed a query about tracking my order Amukelani Matsala stepped in, helped and gave me a 75% off perfume voucher.. I don't wanna lie and say that didn't didn't make me happy.. Yes, my order was delivered day after the query 'cause I sent it at night.. and the products are amazing, refreshing, soothing, there's a lot I can say.. I would recommend.. I have nothing bad to say.. Zandile Madoda also helped.. the staff is very helpful and quick to respond.. when they say "we will respond within 48 hours" they mean it.. I really hope they stick to it 'cause there's nothing that I loovee more than good customer service🤍
