Be aware of Isabela Garcia!
I have been a client with Isabella Garcia for a while....then I encountered a problem where myself and my husband got retrenched. I have received a new box of products without any consultant phoning asking if they could send new stuff. I then contacted them asking that they must please send a courier to collect the items as I cannot pay for any of it as myself and my husband are without income. The consultant phoned me back and with word games ******* me into keeping the items and letting her know in a period of time if I have a job or not. I phone within that period asking once again for them to collect as I still don't have an income. So they went back listened to some recording and because they are so good in bull****ting and tricking people into sales they said I agreed to keeping the items. I phoned in this morning again told the lady (Lizette or Lizelle) that I will pay for the items but I want nothing to do with them in future! She then told me she cannot cancel my orders for future! what bull****! they have my banking details and they just put through debits as they please! how do I get rid of these people and the debit orders?

As discussed and after listening to the call, when the consultant contacted you on 2019/04/23, she made a suggestion to lower your installment amount to which you agreed. Therefore the debit orders were submitted as per the agreement from 2019/06/28.
At Isabella Garcia, we would never want to mislead any of our clients but I would like to confirm that all future orders have been cancelled. That means that no further products will be sent out and no further debit orders will be deducted.
I have also sent you a SMS with our banking details for you to make the outstanding payment for the products you already received in April 2019.
