Bad service . Very unhappy customer!!
I have been a VIP customer for a while with Isabella and have had many service and account related issues which takes forever to sort out. Today they have taken an amount from my beauty rands for an order I have not placed. Trying to get my account rectified is very difficult as no one gets back to you. I have also included the consumer org in my email as taking Beauty rand's off my account for something I have not ordered is *********. Currently I am still waiting for my account to be fixed. I am a very unhappy customer!!!!
