Bad service

I did get the Isabella Garcia sample products delivered to my work address as security signed for it. It was left on my desk over the weekend and when I got back it was gone. The lady called me last week for feed back on the products but I could not give her any as I did not use it. She then said I should go onto the website and send them an email which I did. I then got an email from Anastasia Romanos saying - Unfortunately as we have previously sent you samples we are unable to send you more. However, should you wish we can forward you our Starter Pack price list.<br> I did not ask for another set of samples. I just did what the lady from their customer service suggested.<br> If this is what your service is like I would certainly not buy your products!!!<br> <br>
