BAD SERVICE
I SETTLED MY ACCOUNT ON THE 28.09.2019 AND WAS ADVISED THAQT I WILL GET MY PAID UP LETTER AFTER 7 WORKING DAYS AND TILL TODAY THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT the last collection may not be successful as displayed as we cannot tell whether an installment was successful until 7/ 32 working days after the collection date WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE.
