Bad Sales/Customer service

I am writing this review as I am very disappointed with the customer service, to say it bluntly it leaves a very bad taste in my mouth.

My mother who is an elderly of 60 years old have been a customer of Isabella Garcia for many years.

Since last year she have been contacting them to cancel her subscription as she can no longer afford it. Every time they basically bully her into continuing the subscription by lowering the amount.

I am livid by the latest incident as my mother stopped answering their calls and yet their couriers are trying to deliver another parcel which was not agreed upon. My mother's blood pressure is sky high due to stressing about the debit orders going off.

Is this really how your business thrive by preying on the elderly? All we want is for the subscription to be cancelled.

Is that to much to ask?
