Bad communication and service delivery
They have done it again, debit my account and zero service delivery. I came to a 1 year agreement with them, 1st debit order went out last year around march but the products were not delivered, 2nd debit order went off without my products?, I called in they gave me a long story, offered me a R500 voucher to retain me and I agreed. This year my agreement with them ended yet they debited my account without my concent, delivered the products promptly without my consent when i called in to cancel the agreement yet again they managed to retain me because the honest truth is their products are good but their service delivery is very bad. Till this day I am still waiting for my serum and perfume nothing has been communicated to me, I guess they are waiting to take money off my account because that is what they do best.
