Bad client service /products not suitable for my skin

The worst client treatment ever, I send in messages to say my skin wasn't responding well to the product instead of them advising what I can do better or if they can maybe assist they just asked me how I used the products when I told them they didn't get back to me currently I'm paying for products I'm no longer using as they are terrible on my face. I honestly regret trying out this brand would never recommend. Worst is that when they actually offered the products they made it seem like they would check up on me or if my skin does not respond well they can assist. This I wouldn't recommend as a professional skin care. My skin is breaking out I even decided to stop using them because it doesn't feel okay using products that are not doing any good to my face as a skincare professional I'm disappointed with the quality of the products and the service when one is sending a complaint.
