Awesome Service

So anyone who knows me that I am a ride or die Isabella Garcia customer. Their products have done wonders for my skin, and they’ve got my loyalty forever. I was on the ambassador’s program and had to make the decision to leave this program due to new responsibilities. I have been trying to cancel this for months, but every time I spoke to their cancellation department, they brought out the big guns who make you feel like you’ll be missing out if you cancel. And I always fold. Today, I had the pleasure of speaking to Lebogang from this department, and let me tell you - she sold the company and its products so well. She tried everything, and I mean everything to meet my needs. And even though I had my mind set on leaving this program, I appreciated her tenacity and passion for keeping the customer. It is agents like her that make me feel appreciated and loved by the brand that I love. I hope her manager/superiors see this and appreciate her for the excellent service she provided. Thank you Lebogang, I’ll be back!
