Awesome customer service
Janelle made my day today she displayed complete professionalism when dealing with my query also went out of her way to assist me and took her time to patiently ensure I understood processes. She engaged with me in a friendly, informative and patient manner which made me feel valued. It’s not often one experiences this type of excellence with call centre agents. She is a value add to your team and I hope is recognised as such.
