Awesome Consultant Named Tanya

I would like to Commend and Applaud a Consultant of the company named Tanya. Her customer service was excellent. I was somewhat disappointed with the company itself, but she managed to make me feel a lot better. She tried to go above and beyond what was expected of her to help me. She was extremely understanding, sympathetic and extremely attentive. My call dropped for some reason and she still called me back later to check that I am satisfied with the help I got from a different consultant and if there was any further queries I had. Her demeanour and tone was so friendly and welcoming and she made me feel so comfortable on the call. She done an excellent job, well done to Tanya!
