Awaiting the arrival of my products

Good morning I was enquiring about my order and the lady (it is unfortunate that I don't remember her name )who was helping me was so kind and helpful. She has calmed insecurities I had concerning the long wait to the arrival of my products. Can't wait to start using the products.
