Appreciating Platinum Service received From Tsakani
Just to appreciate what I came confidently refer to as Platinum Service from Tsakani. Our engagement became very intense at some point you can listen to the clip to understand what I mean, but she remained calm through and through and still gave me the Customer is always right treatment until we reached an amicable solution not only best for the Company but for me as well...whether it's her personality or commitment to her job or the training at Isabella Garcia (as I always receive the same treatment)...whatever the secret is, it's working wonders as a glue that keeps your Customers stuck to the Company. Keep the par excellent work up ..
