If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely shocking service from you as well as Alliance CCS. In 2021 I cancelled my account with you, over the phone as well as over an email as i got one stating you are trying to find out where my package can get dropped off, When I clearly told your sales agent "I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOUR COMPANY" they clearly cannot listen. I got an email to say someone will contact me .... again for the cancellation which did not happen. Its 2023 1 month from 2024 and I get a call from ACCS to tell me I owe you money ??? I send ACCS the email from your agents regarding my cancellation and I heard nothing from them just as much as i heard nothing from you, but that I need to pay the outstanding amount? How is that even dealt with accordingly, Do you own ACCS as well in the tearms that you just get your way regardless? I dont understand. I would never in mylife recommend your products (entire range) to anyone just because you have such bad after sales(and your supliments are beyond par). Its beyond me that you have such a high rating on here. Please remove my number from you sales agents after the 1st of December once the amount is paid i never want to hear from you again. Sincerely from everyone who has had problems with you just taking money as you please
