Amazing service and kind gesture

I was selected to be an Ambassador for the Isabella Garcia range a few months ago. This meant I would receive a VIP product hamper at a reduced price and payment would be made monthly for 12 months. Covid-19 has negatively effected me to such an extent since then that the day after receiving the full hamper I needed to cancel my subscription & requested to return the hamper due to lack of funds. Juanita contacted me today and before accepting my cancellation request she offered to reduce my monthly installments by almost half but I could still keep the full hamper! This was offered in an attempt to assist Isabella Garcia clients during this very difficult financial time. The understanding, professionalism and kind gesture I received from Juanita was Incredible. Thank you Juanita and Isabella Garcia for your kindness in these tough financial times.
