Agent dishonesty to push sales
Isabella agent sold me a package that she stated would be a year supply. Upon receiving the package I realised that I have been sold lies. The agaent also decided to add hand lotion product to the value of R560 without my approval, I guess the aim is to push for commission at all cost. I want to return the whole package and get my money back as this is not what we agreed on.
