ACCOUNT COMPLAINTS

I regret taking skincare products from Isabela I have been paying installment of R149. And I realised it's been a so I asked for a statement which was sent and on the statement I was not owing which corresponded as I never skipped any payments from the first debit. After that I got a delivery of new products that I did not order told the courier guy to take it back as I did not order anything. Now when I called I was told that I was was supposed to get the new products, Why was I not informed or asked ?

And is it a yearly thing that I did not sign up for So they debited after I got my statement and new products meaning I had paid off the first one, hence they sent me new products. After I rejected that they sent me a voucher of the installment that I was gonna be paying for a new package.

So how is it that I'm owing and now getting final notices because I reversed the money that was debit. Poor service from accounts department to your sales agent
