I started using the products July 2020, the agent said the contract is for 6 months. 6 months ended January 2021. I’m now getting calls, emails, sms that I’m owing Isabella Garcia and my account is being handed over. So my question is how am I owing Isabella Garcia while the contract was for 6 months, I paid through all the six months, and I received items only once?
