A struggle at first, but then...
It was a struggle at first but, then Janelle gave me a call. She didn’t try to wangle a deal which would be best for the company but, a deal that was best for ME! Wow! Finally! Someone that listened to my needs and wanted to support me. Thank you!
I have to admit. Nothing seemed to work out for me with this one. From the debi check mandate, to voucher codes to my order taking long to be delivered.
Needles to say I wanted to cancel. I submitted my cancellation and received the call from Janelle. What a friendly and helpful woman! Not only did she really listen to what I said, she took all my queries into consideration, said I must please give them a call if anything goes wrong again or does not work.
