Useless Accounts Dept.

We have cancelled our Blackberry services lat year August yet despite logging requests, contacting account managers etc... & monthly correspondence we are still being billed for this, I am not sure what the problem is but sort it out before we remove ourselves from all your other platforms too & move to another service provider.
