This is no Internet Solutions but more like InterVrot "we treat you like ****" Solutions.

<p>I've been trying to get hold of our account manager for quite awhile now and it seems like no one ever gets back to you.. Been trying the whole afternoon today to just speak to someone and arrange to remove some of our hardware at their office and find out more info, because thank god we are changing ISP's.</p> <p> </p> <p>Our company has been with IS for quite a while but the customer support is just terrible you log tickets and phone support for simple issues like reset a phone account etc, you are lucky if you get a response back 3months later, not to talk about line instability we have also been experiencing slow internet issues and as well as phone calls that is not very clear. The only response you get from their support department is that they cant see a problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>It seems like they promise all these wonderful things but at the end of the day they treat you like garbage.</p> <p>I'm so glad we finally getting rid of this useless service provider.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is no Internet Solutions but more like InterVrot "we treat you like ****" Solutions.</p>
