Support and product provided are terrible

We have had problems with our VOIP telephone lines through Internet Solutions - Ignite for the past number of months, and currently cannot receive calls from 011 & 010 numbers, which is what most of our clients use. The degree of the fault was picked up by my staff as opposed to the IS technicians, and they have still not been able to resolve the problem, and do not provide feedback.

I think it is a matter of IS being too big, and their clients no longer being valued by them.

Overall, terrible service and would not recommend them to any person, or company who rely on telephone communication.
